Strategy

North American Herb & Spice prides themselves on quality homeopathic products from natural ingredients. Working alongside their team to reframe their digital experience through visual storytelling, making the health benefits of their products the star of the show.

User Experience

The NAH&S customers, mostly urban middle aged individuals, were asking for more education about health, wellness and nutrition. They possess a good vocabulary around natural medicine but were having difficulty understanding the value of any one NAH&S product over the other.  

Our solution was to create a visual language of benefits, allowing customers to navigate by their desired outcomes. This acts as a educational gateway into how certain specific products provide targeted benefits.


Design System

We shaped the redesign around multiple in-roads for health education. Key ingredients, areas of benefit and production attributes deliver valuable information alongside product recommendations. The modular design system could evolve on an as-needed basis as more products were launched. Check out the live site!
